Ablutions

We have two modern ablution blocks which include disabled access, baby facilities (shub and change table), with the benefit of unlimited hot water. Even if you are up last in the morning, you won’t have to endure a cold shower.

Commercial Kitchen

We welcome groups wishing to self cater as well as providing a catering service.

Our modern, well laid out commercial kitchen and dining area is easy to use, making your cook’s job a breeze. The large chiller and freezer unit, pantry, commercial toast maker, broad serving hatches and sterilizer unit are the envy of most camps. You can also leave all your plates, cutlery and cups at home as we have enough for 200 people.

If you decide that you don’t want to worry about cooking, we have some great catering options to make your stay even easier.

Hall/Dining

The expansive hall is the heart of the camp. It seats 200 for dinner.

The hall has a large open fireplace, which creates a great gathering place, and a warm and cosy environment, and it is just right for toasting marshmallows.

The hall also includes a basketball hoop and two table tennis tables, as well as a stage area at one end, making it a great space for rainy day activities.

The concrete floor has been totally replaced recently, and coated with an epoxy sealer.

Conference Room

The carpeted conference room is popular for bringing colour and life to your seminars with powerpoint presentations, or relaxing in the evenings with a big screen move. It also includes a stage but you will need to bring your own sound system.

Reception Area

The new administration area contains two medium-sized areas suitable for meetings, tutorials and the like. It also has a self-contained kitchenette. There is a space that can be used as a “check-in” spot or administration centre.

Laundry

The laundry has two coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Remember to bring $2 and $1 coins. 

Lounge

Just off the Conference Room is the Leader’s Lounge. This provides a smaller space that can be closed off, but is still central enough to the action to enable good supervision.
