Bookings and payments

The deposit must be paid within 10 working days of making the booking to secure your camp. Deposits are non-refundable.

Bookings will be confirmed when the required deposit is paid and a completed booking form is received.

Bookings made more than 12 months in advance may be subject to rate changes. If there is a change you will be notified.

Final payment will settled at the conclusion of your stay with camp staff. A late payment administration fee of 5% will be added every month on any unpaid amounts.

Groups are not guaranteed exclusivity to the camp site and may be required to share facilities with others. If this is the case, you will be informed before you arrive.


In the event of a cancelled booking you will be charged 80% of the minimum nightly charge if we cant re-book it out. 

Health & Safety

Safety instructions of activities will be given by a MBCC Staff member and they must be adhered to at all times. A written copy of instructions and RAMs are available prior to camp on request.

All activities are to be supervised by an adult.

MBCC camp buildings are smoke free zones and smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Groups using the camp are to provide a first aid person or persons and also their own first aid supplies.

Any injuries incurred while using camp facilities or activities are to be recorded in the incident register found in the telephone room, situated between the kitchen and the main hall.

For safety reasons a daily list of campers, leaders and visitors should be posted in the telephone room and a copy given to a MBCC staff member.

General hygiene and cleanliness of the camp is to be maintained by your group during their stay and MBCC is to be left in the same or better condition than it was found when you arrived.

The health and safety of your group and property is your responsibility during your stay at MBCC.


Camp property is not to be moved on camp or removed from camp without the permission of Camp staff

Please report or report any loss or damages to a MBCC staff member prior to the close of camp.

Any damage or loss of camp property will be charged to you.

An “End of Camp” clean-up directions sheet will be given to you at the start of your camp. A MBCC staff member will sign off this sheet once they are happy that all tasks have been completed satisfactorily. Failure to clean the camp to the required standard will result in a clean up fee being added to your account.

No noise after 10:00pm or before 7:30 am.

Any illegal activity will result in immediate expulsion from the Camp Grounds. This includes but is not limited to; providing alcoholic beverages or cigarettes to minors, drug use, vandalism and deliberate noise control violations.

The directions of the MBCC staff must be observed at all times.

We ask that everyone attending the camp respect its Christian purpose and values.
